Seeking authority dealing with the meaning of the section of the Status of Children Act normally termed “Protection of Administrator”.
The question which I am seeking to answer is what does that section mean and what does it mean to make reasonable steps to locate beneficiary or potential beneficiary (s) and if the Administrator was only told of a name but it was never established that that person was a beneficiary is a mere name without proof that a person is a beneficiary still notice within the Act.
