I’m looking for opinions regarding this RNRB trust generated by Will Suite. My concerns are:
- The fact there are discretionary benefits negates the spouses life interest.
- Final default beneficiaries are non linear
- The Will also contains a protective property trust for the principle residence.
Note names and addresses have been changed to protect the innocent.
